There are four types of PlayCards, with suits based loosely on the work of education theorist David Kolb, who proposed that learning was a cyclical, iterative process.

Reflect Cards
Reflect cards give prompts to allow you to think about how you embody a particular PlaySkill by looking at how you have done things in the recent past.

Plan Cards
Plan cards all ask you to theorise about how you might do something that would be true to one of the PlaySkills.

Do Cards
Do cards ask you to take a specific action to implement one of the PlaySkills in your own life. They are very directive in comparison to Plan cards.

Change Cards
Change cards are similar to Do cards, but all you to do something differently, as opposed to something novel. The new way will help you explore the PlaySkill.
