90 minutes to half a day, this session looks at the nature of the work that organisations do through the lens of my Problem/Solution matrix and allows participants to understand the origins of agile as a software development approach, and learn what elements can be transferred into other domains.

Practical, and drawn from 20 years of experience in agile projects, and my recent research into collaboration and play at work, participants will leave with clear plan as to how they can get a good balance of approaches in their own part of an organisation, and foster more innovation and agility.

The longer version contains 2 hours of Lego plane-making fun to help groups from different backgrounds understand what agility and agile processes are all about.

More details here: (SPOILER ALERT: there is information in here about how the game works that will ruin the experience as participant)
